Hot Honey Glazed Salmon
This recipe perfectly balances the sweet heat of the Hot Honey Rub with rich, buttery salmon. It’s simple, quick, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Hot Honey Rub
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges and chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix the Hot Honey Rub, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice into a paste.
Marinate the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush the marinade evenly over the tops of each fillet. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cook the Salmon:
Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, skin-side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Pan-Seared Method:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets skin-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
Serve:
Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, drizzle any remaining glaze over the top, and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
Serving Suggestions:
Pair with roasted vegetables (like Brussels sprouts or asparagus) and rice or herb orasted potatoes for a complete meal.
Use the salmon as a protein topping for salads or grain bowls.
