Hot Honey Glazed Salmon

This recipe perfectly balances the sweet heat of the Hot Honey Rub with rich, buttery salmon. It’s simple, quick, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey Rub

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon wedges and chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the Noodles:

  • Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a small bowl, mix the Hot Honey Rub, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice into a paste.

  • Marinate the Salmon:

    • Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush the marinade evenly over the tops of each fillet. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  • Cook the Salmon:

    • Oven Method:

      • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, skin-side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

    • Pan-Seared Method:

      • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets skin-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.

  • Serve:

    • Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, drizzle any remaining glaze over the top, and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Pair with roasted vegetables (like Brussels sprouts or asparagus) and rice or herb orasted potatoes for a complete meal.

  • Use the salmon as a protein topping for salads or grain bowls.
